Private Banking Service Consultant I, II, III (Kahala)
Job description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Private Banking Officer Consultant to join our Private Banking Team at our Kahala Branch. As a Private Banking Officer Consultant, you will work closely with the Private Banking Officers to provide exceptional customer service, sales and operational assistance for high net worth clients, as well as assists with general administrative support and overall coordination and maintenance of banking relationships to these customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (Private Banking Service Consultant II & III)
- Minimum of 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking
- Minimum of 2 years’ combined operations, customer service, customer loans, and sales experience in banking (Private Banking Service Consultant II)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in combined operations, customer service, consumer loan and sales experience (Private Banking Service Consultant III)
- 2 years’ loan documentation experience required (Private Banking Service Consultant III)
- PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets preferred
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Adept in word processing and spreadsheets
- Capability in the use and navigation of various Bank systems, e.g. mainframe database, customer management system, automated documentation retrieval systems, bank expenses settlement system and other associated bank intranet systems
- Attention to detail with consistent and timely follow-through
- Ability to implement decisions within authority while applying sound reasoning and judgment
- High level of professionalism
Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM. (Hours may vary)
