A ~$5B AUM PE firm, based in Midtown Manhattan is searching for a Management Company Accountant to support the Assistant Controller with managing the corporate accounting for the management company. The growth of the fund over the past few years and the recent onboarding of an external fund admin has led to an increased focus on the Management Company and Partnership accounting areas within the team.You'll get superb exposure to the workings of a growing PE fund, that is launching ~1 new fund per year but remains small enough to have a centralized function and team that have oversight on all areas within the accounting and finance space.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Experience with partnership accounting
- Investment Management, Private Equity accounting experience is preferred
- Bachelors in Accounting preferred
