We need Home health PTA who wants to earn extra income and who are willing to accept patient referrals on either of the following areas below:

• Lansing
• Midlothian

• Oak Forest
• Tinley Park

• Chicago Ridge

Depending on your field of expertise, you are expected to deliver the following:

• Provide one on one therapeutic treatment to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Create individual treatment programs and suggest changes to the person's environment so they can independently carry out everyday tasks or occupations with more confidence and independence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
• Provides quality service that meets the patient’s goals and needs.
• Proactive with patients.
• A team player.
• Commits to their availability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
