ECC is seeking a part-time Procurement Specialist. This position is responsible for ECC Project-Level procurement, subcontract, and compliance administration support. In this position, you will:

• Perform ECC Project-Level procurement duties including assistance with source selection, cost and price analysis, completion of procurement memoranda, and entering of purchase orders in accordance with Dept. Policies & Procedures.
• Assist with project compliance requirements including the administration of certified payroll.
• Facilitate prequalification of potential subcontract and vendor partners.
• Assist with the planning, assembly, and distribution of RFP packages to prospective subcontractors in support of ECC proposal efforts.
• Utilization of the ECCONET RFP Construction Tool for RFP efforts.
• Assist Contract Administrators with issuance and administration of consulting agreements and subcontracts.
• Other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position which are inherent to Department responsibilities for the purpose of broadening employee’s capacity and professional growth.

Requirements

• High fluency with the English Language
• Highly proficient communication and writing skills
• Highly proficient with using computers and standard computer-based software and web-based platforms.
• Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience with Construction Industry
• Work experience with U.S Department of Defense
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Experience living and working at project sites

ECC targeted salary range for the Denver Colorado area is $53,477 to $77,500 annually on a full time basis.
