Who are we hiring?

As the Producer/Videographer, you will be responsible for concepting, shooting, editing, and managing content. This position specializes in wearing multiple hats throughout the production process, including concepting, shoot prep, operating photo/video cameras, light design, audio, photo/video editing, and producing. You’re a positive-energy creative who can produce quality content end-to-end with minimal oversight. We are looking for someone who is organized, knowledgeable about the esports landscape, and able to work independently and across teams, such as marketing, to create content that supports CLG’s initiatives.

What will you do?

• Overseeing the schedule, production, and delivery of content for CLG’s social media channels and other content initiatives
• Identifying, developing, and producing content aligned with CLG’s vision and mission, depicting storylines and themes, and ensuring continuity when implementing them across all social channels and posts
• Producing and delivering content against a programming calendar and sponsor deliverables, as well as working with the marketing team and talent to create ideas for segments, shows, and all content
• Organize pre-and post production, including script writing, filming, editing, and delivery
• Managing, leading, and overseeing physical production on all projects, ensuring staff and resources are implemented within requested timelines to execute physical production

What do you need to succeed?

• Demonstrated experience with photo and video editing software, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Knowledge about various cameras (including the Sony A7, Sony FS7, or a comparable camera), equipment, shooting and editing styles and techniques
• Experience with lighting video and photo sets
• Knowledge of esports, Twitch, and pop culture
• Experience creating original and visually engaging content for social media platforms, such as photography, short-form videos, etc.
• Experience sourcing and managing a team of production professionals
• Extensive knowledge of the overall production process, from an outline to filming, editing, and delivery
• Ability to work with teams and individually
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take constructive broadcast feedback to integrate into future content
• MUST have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and off-hour shifts when needed. You must be able to work within the practice and game schedules. This position will sometimes shoot at games and events.
