A high level of interpersonal communication skills is a must! In this role the successful candidate will work closely with our sales consultants to assist with the delivery process of Mercedes-Benz vehicles as well as assist with internet sales leads.

This is a full-time position. The dealership is open Monday-Saturday, closed on Sunday.

Interested candidates will be required to pass a drug screen, background, and driver’s license check. A valid driver’s license is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Becoming a Mercedes-Benz product expert including detailed operational knowledge of all user interfaces and technologies within every Mercedes-Benz vehicle that we sell and service
• Speaking and engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and via email and text
• Calling and emailing clients and prospective clients to schedule appointments and deliveries
• Calling and emailing clients and prospective clients to follow up with visits or requests for information
• Delivery of vehicles

• Someone who is comfortable speaking and interacting with a wide range of people that expect excellent customer service
• Supports the sales consultant with product related tasks and activities
• Someone enthusiastic and excited about technology, providing comprehensive product information, and sharing the many technological features found in our vehicles to a wide range of customers

• Maintains constant communication with designated sales personnel at the dealership on vehicle delivery and any schedule changes
• Provide extensive and customer-oriented product experience and explains complex product features
• Acquires and maintains total product knowledge on all vehicles and understands competitor’s vehicle features
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients
• Achieves client satisfaction objectives as assigned by management and follows up with new owners to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions and always maintains a professional appearance
• Demonstrates passion about brand and products
• Confident in using new media (tablets, social media, etc.)
• Assist in other areas of the Sales department and performs other administrative duties, as assigned
• Automotive Experience Preferred
