JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The product manager will lead the execution of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) priorities for mobile marketing,
- Ongoing responsibilities include:
- Document business requirements, engage with engineering & design to operationally execute
- Provide oversight and/or directly implement Adobe Journey Optimizer including creating/extending AEP Profile datasets/schemas, designing ETL processes, building technical workflows, coding business logic, defining topology rules and managing testing, launch, etc.
- Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measurements of success for mobile marketing workflows
- Effectively engage internal and external technical, business resources throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Assist teams with new Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation/migration related work streams
- Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of wikis, documentation, field collateral, etc.
- Prior work experience in product management
- 6 – 9 Years of work experience.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
