The marketing technology team is responsible for taking that output and automating its delivery into any digital channel. Your role will be to ensure our clients feel supported and identify new opportunities to make the product even easier to use.

You will work closely with our leadership, engineers, and customers to define our product roadmap and bring it to market. Key responsibilities will include client support, backlog management, and own new features from idea to installation.

What will your journey at FLYR look like: (Responsibilities)

    • Primarily, your responsibility is to ensure our clients are well informed about our capabilities and feel they have easy access to expertise.
    • Ensure that new features are properly released: tested, documented and demoed.
    • Support clients and users with their use of the platform.
    • Feedback into product development based opportunities and pain points discovered through this process.
    • Directly engage with our airline customers’ subject matter experts, and business leads to ensure adoption of our new features and smooth running of day-to-day operations
    • Identify new opportunities to make the FLYR Marketing Technology Platform easier and more useful
    • Write product release notes, deliver demos and drive product adoption
    • Work directly with engineering to communicate clear product requirements based
    • Demonstrate and support adoption of new functionality

What you should pack for this trip: (Qualifications)

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience
    • Your current role may be a channel operator - ideally in paid search - either client-side or at an agency
    • Domain knowledge in digital marketing technology, specifically email, search, social, and web
    • Customer-centric with a proven track record of developing and acting on customer insights
    • Experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, partners, and development teams
    • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Familiarity using research, prototypes, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision making
    • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment, independently, and with remote teams
    • Spanish speaking is a plus

    • Compensation: The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and is as follows:
    • Starting minimum: $119,000
