Your Job

The Product Manager for Indeed Flex, Time & Attendance will focus on creating worker and client facing timekeeping solutions for an internal startup in our Staffing Solutions business unit. This individual will be supporting the Indeed Flex staffing platform; Indeed needs to know how many hours its workers are working to generate data for payroll and billing, so this Product Manager will be instrumental in expanding the functionality, and building out data and backend processing. As it scales, the long-term goal is to build out an enterprise-level timekeeping product that we can sell to outside clients.


You’ll own the roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders across Indeed, and Indeed Flex and drive the team towards simple solutions to a complex set of problems. You and your team will build core components of our mobile application as well as the internal tools needed to effectively process time & attendance for our Flexers around the globe. You’ll work with full stack developers, mobile engineers, product teams, and SMEs to define, prioritize, build, and measure improvements to the timekeeping experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with 2+ years of experience in two-sided marketplaces
  • Experience with consumer facing products, including native applications
  • Experience integrating 3rd party technologies (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems, billing modules)
  • Ability to align both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience balancing dependencies across numerous initiatives and complex project plans.
  • Ability to make data-driven business decisions

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

Austin 108,000 - 157,000 USD per year

NYC Metro Area 131,000 - 191,000 USD per year

SF Bay Area 144,000 - 210,000 USD per year

Seattle 132,000 - 192,000 USD per year

US Remote 108,000 - 157,000 USD per year
