The Product Manager, Platform - Subscriptions will use data analytics to define, build and integrate business solutions that support our subscription platform. You have expertise in promoting growth and engagement for subscription services and working collaboratively to launch product improvements. You have a technical eye and the ability to drive scalable results based on platform data. This role is focused on the continual optimization of the Rockbot subscription platform and its self-service and commerce capabilities for our customers. It is a unique opportunity to directly impact the growth of Rockbot's product offerings and engage with the customer experience from both a technical and business perspective.

You Will:

• Own the Rockbot subscription platform, data, analytics, buy-flow and self-service billing
• Drive the evolution of the self-service subscription billing platform and order management system
• Own integration of Customer data platforms(CDP), data analytics products, and drive cross-department utilization of platform data
• Drive product roadmap improvements by working with internal stakeholders, integration partners and using insights from data analysis
• Ensure all products released are properly instrumented to capture KPIs along with automated listening systems to act on that data

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with either data management (building out data platforms), Data Warehouse, or Business Intelligence products in a data-driven organization
• 5+ years of technical product management experience and demonstrated success at a leading SaaS or enterprise software company
• Proven experience at building and delivering data solutions from the ground up that have driven business value
• SQL skills and experience, ideally working with modern business intelligence (ex: Tableau, Domo etc..) and analytics frameworks using Python, R, etc.
• Experience with subscription billing, accounting and CRM platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce, Stripe, Netsuite etc
• Working knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related major

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $95K to $150K, plus equity, and benefits for all team members.
