As the PMM for Trust and Safety, you’ll build a healthy metaverse experience from the earliest days of its development. 									Product Marketing Manager, Metaverse Trust and Safety Responsibilities: 
 
 - Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Research, PR, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Sales and more) to deliver world-class products
- Drive Reality Labs positioning on trust and safety sensitive topics particularly relevant to the Metaverse (e.g., content moderation)
- Steer GTM motion for new features, products and policies in a way that demonstrates our commitment to responsible innovation to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify significant long-term opportunities and strategic views on product direction based on market assessment, qualitative research and quantitative analysis
- Identify long-term opportunities for features and products that drive user trust and safety based on regional understanding, market assessment, qualitative research and quantitative analysis
- Synthesize research and insights into a strategic view of the direction of the market for creators, brands and consumers
- Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding policy changes or enforcement
Minimum Qualifications:
 
 - BA/BS degree
- 8+ years marketing experience
- 5+ years of experience working with product and product marketing
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence
- Experience managing programs and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience forging relationships with product, engineering, user research, legal, communications, and policy teams, advising c-suite leaders
- 7+ years experience in the technology industry
Preferred Qualifications:
 
 - Experience working on a platform with a thriving developer ecosystem
- Experience in AR, VR or smart home devices
- Experience working in privacy, policy, safety, integrity and/or ethics
- Advanced degree in public policy, law, business, or ethics
- 10+ years experience in the technology product marketing
- Experience with social technology
- Interest and experience in the gaming industry
