Background:
This position will support the design and development of a DoD community application that has significant DoD leadership visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of an application/platform to address the needs of the Government
- Work with functional requirements at all stages of SDLC and mediate between stakeholders and programmers/developers
- Conduct requirements gathering and participate in analyses, studies, tests, evaluations and demonstrations for the customer. Solicit user requirements to be used in the creation of functional designs (data flow diagrams)
- Identify, select and execute appropriate Agile development methodology (Scrum, XP, FDD, Kanban, etc.)
- Provide technical support services to include developing, updating and maintaining program/module specifications, operations requirements, security and data requirements
- Develop user stories and guide Developers and other personnel during product development
- Attend Agile meetings, sprints, daily stand ups, and reviews
- Prepare Agile meeting notes and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 5 plus years product management experience for technology and cybersecurity programs and projects of similar scope and complexity
- Possess a current PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Scrum Alliance (Scrum, Coach, or Agile Leadership) certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum preferred
- Active Secret clearance
