A&L BMW Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a Product Specialist/Genius to excite customers with in-depth product information and unique selling points of our products in a non-pressured customer discussion. We need tech-savvy individuals with strong communication skills to assist our clients in a friendly, professional manner.
No previous experience in automotive sales is necessary. We will happily train you on being well versed in all of the vehicles, their features, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with clean driving record and no criminal record
- Experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond when the occasion presents itself
- Team oriented attitude
- Good hygiene and presentable dress for professional interaction
- Ability to effectively instruct, relay information, and adapt instruction to match each client's needs
Job Description:
- Greet clients/guests as they enter the dealership and assist them with accomplishing the purpose of what their visit was intended for
- Help clients/guests learn about the vehicles, provide test drives, and demonstrate features and benefits
- Follow-up with prospective clients, after their visit, to answer any questions that they may have
- Upon the client's purchase of a new vehicle, go over the features and "how to dos" of their new vehicle
- Set up the client's vehicle safety systems and Apps
- Set appointments for and conduct a second delivery for clients to review their vehicle features again
- Keep showroom in presentable condition for customers including dusting and waxing of showroom cars
