We are searching for a Product Support Representative II on behalf of our client, a leader in the transportation logistics world, headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. Our client is a medium sized company that operates the largest truckload freight marketplace in North America.

Candidate Profile:
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and solve customer technical issues through a high degree of understanding of company products
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality technical support while maintaining excellent documentation
- Advanced customer service skills and passion for helping customers and resolving issues
- Shares knowledge and encourages others to succeed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers
- Respond to support requests and acts as a technical advisor for company supported products
- Analyzes customer issues to distinguish usability issues from technical issues
- Assist product development by being a voice of the customer and expressing problems, concerns, and requests
- Provide training and industry knowledge to customers on company products
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Respond and resolve billing inquiries
- Assist with load posting and searching capabilities
- Manage and update customer information accurately
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of direct experience delivering technical product support in a call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adhere to established business rules and maintain highly accurate documentation
- Basic technical ability to resolve customer issues and assist as needed
- A hard-wired connection from the laptop to the router/modem with an ethernet cable is required (wireless, satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot connections do not qualify because they can compromise security and call stability)
Schedule:
- Full time hours with various shifts available Monday-Friday with employees scheduled for 1 weekend/month on a rotating basis
- Candidates from any time zone will be considered, but must be willing to work Pacific Time (PST) hours
- Ability to attend onsite team building and training opportunities preferred
Pay and Benefits:
- $19/hr to start with opportunities for growth. Advancement within the team and the company on a larger scale is strongly encouraged and supported!
- Company provided a laptop and optional equipment as needed for productivity
- This is a temp-to-hire position offered by Abbott & Associates, Inc. with their client company.
