Production Associate Job description

• 1st Shift 18.75/HR 6:00am – 4:30pm
• 2nd shift 18.95/HR 5:00pm – 3:30am
• 10 hour shifts 4-6 days a week
• Benefits enrollment start on the 31st of employment

Starting pay is $18.75 for 1st shift and $18.95 for second shift. You do get paid weekly.

The overtime rate is $28.42

Pay increase after 90 days of employment.

We have openings for 1st and 2nd shifts, but most I have hired recently have been on 2nd shift. We can try to accommodate your shift preference but cannot guarantee it.

We are located at 7310 W Morris St, Indianapolis, IN 46231

There is no heavy lifting, you don’t get dirty and it is a climate controlled facility.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

Assembling tubing and pipe fittings. Assembling fabricated sheet metal parts. Assembling motors, shafts and fan assemblies. Stripping wires, forming, soldering and assembling small electrical components. Cutting and forming tubes. Testing and adjusting to meet operating specifications. Packing units in cartons or crates where specified. Perform other similar or less skilled work. Follow all site safety rules specific to their position, as seen in the associate handbook, cardinal rule cards, job specific standard work and any EHS training documents.

Must have a diploma or GED
