The Production Control Coordinator reports to the Production Control Supervisor within the Supply Chain department. Their primary purpose is to ensure that all production or manufacturing schedules are on time by coordinating with different departments and outside vendors. Issuing and tracking work orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor as according to the production schedule.
- Follow and adhere to all ATI ethics, guidelines, and processes.
- Coordinate schedules with production, quality, engineering and sales departments.
- Execute procurement of outside processing services to include RFQ's, requisitions and delivery of product to and from suppliers.
- Maintain close relation with suppliers by providing priority changes and requesting through put reports on a daily basis.
- Review and manage invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist with product movement throughout the entire production process. Maintain an accurate inventory by managing incoming and outgoing of products including internal movements.
- Support PC Manager with managing product flow and scheduling by generating and maintaining multiple reports.
- Coordinate shipments of product to internal and external customers. Review ERP system that all tasks, inspections and certification are completed and or uploaded into the ERP system.
- Assist with writing standard operating procedures.
- Enter data into different systems including customer portals in a timely manner.
- Keep customers daily status reports up to date and provide accurate status as requested.
- Keep current on status of purchase orders and maintain a professional and effective working relationship with vendor/suppliers.
- Analyze and report on inventory age, balance and coverage of finished goods, packaging and or raw materials.
- Work with production, engineering and quality departments and suppliers/vendors to resolve any quality non-conformance.
- Respond in a timely manner to ongoing changes to production priorities and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Experience in an industrial and or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of ERP/MRP and planning systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Active listening and communication
- Critical evaluation and thinking
- Be detail orientated and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Maintain ethical practice
- Understand ideas presented both verbally and in writing

Hourly pay rate: $20-$28 per hour
