M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Production Scheduler/Office Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis! The Production Scheduler/Office Assistant will be a utility player, wearing many hats to support scheduling, documentation, and organization for our Regional Manager. The Production Scheduler/Office Assistant will aim to have jobs prepared for the Regional Manager to schedule and to ensure municipality compliance, material delivery, and IP contract completion so all jobs are completed correctly and on-time. The Production Scheduler will also assist office with customer handling and maintain high peace of mind with every customer interaction

Job Description
~Answer phone calls regarding scheduling & service calls
~Put jobs on Daily Production Sheet
~Regional Manager schedules job for a specific day – Add to calendar
~Scheduler releases material order from WILLCALL via phone call & email to supplier and changes date in order forms
~Scheduler sets up necessary inspections with the city
~Scheduler notifies customer of material deliveries the evening before
~Scheduler notifies customer the crew will be out the next day
~Scheduler creates and sends spreadsheet to DOO, Superintendents, Sales, Management to see the jobs going the next day
~Scheduler sends IP (subcontractor) paperwork (summary of job, materials, notes)
~Window scheduling
~Inventory Orders
~Returns
~Window/Door Callbacks & Service Requests
~Occasional pick up/drop off permits
~Receive warehouse/office deliveries
