We are a growing home decor company expanding to add a new member to join our team to help with the production of high-quality, hand-crafted light fixtures and hardware. Compensation & Benefits
- Entry level wage of $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Full time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30PM, 30-minute lunch break
Duties & Responsibilities
Entry Level:
- Preparing parts for powder coating or refinishing which includes counting, polishing, cleaning, etching, drying, and lacquering various parts
Additional Cross Training Potential:
- Assembly of products
- Testing products and conducting quality checks
- Wrapping and preparing products and parts kits for shipment
- Receiving, counting, and monitoring inventory
- Any other responsibilities required to ensure products are produced and shipped on schedule
Qualifications & Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up-to 50lbs
- 20/20 vision or 20/30 corrected vision required
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions (English)
- Able to reliably commute to work (Minneapolis - Seward Area)
- Proficiency using common hand tools (pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, drills)
- Attention to details and specifications
- Positive attitude and motivated to contribute
- Manufacturing, assembly, or machining experience a plus
- High School Degree or Equivalent
Application Process
Qualified candidates will be contacted for a brief interview over the phone as a chance “to get to know each other”. Successful candidates will then be invited to the production facility for a full interview and facility tour. For the right candidate, this process may be expedited.
