Job description
JHNA is seeking an experienced Program Analyst - Workflow Manager to join our growing team in Alexandria, VA. JHNA is a Digital Engineering firm focused on providing engineering and technical services primarily to DoD's Aviation communities. JHNA is a critical partner to these communities providing MBSE, MOSA, and platform security (cyber and anti-tamper) support. Roles/Responsibilities:
Performs action-officer duties to develop briefings, documents, and reports for SES and General Officer-level meetings. Performs administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/actions through electronic means. Directly supports an SES Tier 2 in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering (OUSD R&E) Mission Integration, MI.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Seven years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating and coordinating with front offices and staffs at senior levels of the DoD
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Team players focused on collaborative relationships.
- Superb communicator with exceptional writing/editing skills.
- Self-starter able to operate independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience developing graphical-intense PowerPoint briefings for SESs and General Officers is desired.
- TMT, JSAP, or CATMS experience is desired.
