Essential Functions
This position assumes the duties of a receptionist and clerical administrative assistant. Coordinates and completes essential tasks within Executive and Professional education program recruitment cycles, including candidate data collection and input into CRM software, and compilation and filing of application materials. Coordinates logistical and administrative elements of executive program courses such as room and faculty scheduling, site and materials preparation, and evaluation distribution and reporting. Responsible for making updates to the program web site. The position will also provide logistical and event planning preparation, execution, and support for all programming within the suite.

Work Schedule
Generally 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; with some evening/weekend events as needed

Additional Duties

Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree and two years of professional-level experience. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer software to include word processing, database and spreadsheets, and social media.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and professional experience in higher education, customer service, program management, sales, or recruitment. Prefer detail-oriented and strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently desirable.

Salary
$21.63 - $22.50/hr depending on experience
