Job Summary
The Department of Physiology and the Saha Cardiovascular Research Center seek a Program Coordinator to join our administrative team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing a high level of customer service by coordinating multiple seminar series and assisting with large scale events such as Cardiovascular Research Day, the Fredrickson Lipid Research Conference and Physiology Research Day. Other duties include assisting the Director of Graduate Studies with graduate student activities, assisting the Director of Education with the education mission of the areas and managing the daily operations of the office including office supplies, printers, mail etc. The ideal candidate must have solid oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. Other key success factors include emotional intelligence, servant leadership, adaptability, creativity and innovation, resilience, and being technologically savvy.
