***Security Clearance Required: A final Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance***


Primary Responsibilities:

Supports/assists the GPM(s) with executive administrative duties (i.e. personnel onboarding, order/maintain office supply inventory, setting up and maintaining files on classified network, arrange meetings, coordinate calendars, etc.). Support the office in data retrieval, transfer, and archiving efforts.


Tasks Performed:

Assist the Program Manager(s) with executive assistance duties. Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; maintain calendars; provide phone coverage; arrange meetings and conferences; coordination and ordering of office supplies, coordination and requests for office equipment, department office space and providing network access, phones. Support customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings, and coordination of visit requests with the Security team.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Required Education:
High School Diploma

Required Experience: One (1) year of professional experience

Other Desired Experience:

  • Candidate should be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (specifically, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint)
  • Candidate should be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Candidate should be able to de-conflict calendars.
  • Candidate should be able to work multiple tasks with limited supervision
  • Candidate should have demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, complex security environment.
