St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a part time RN to join our team!Schedule: 6hrs per week. Night Shift
The primary objective of this position is to provide quality of care. Responsible for the direct and/or indirect care of patients assigned utilizing professional nursing skills and knowledge.
Individualizes and documents educational plan based on age, cultural and spiritual values.
Documents post-op, transfer and discharge assessment.
Communicates and documents change in-patients condition to all appropriate individuals.
Communicates transfer of patient responsibility (i.e. shift report guided by the plan of care or any other pertinent documents)
Documents medication use and monitors it’s effects.
Assumes accountability for managing the delivery of patient care to their assigned group of patients.
Responds effectively in an emergency situation so that the patient’s immediate needs are addressed.
Consults and refers to other Health Care professionals.
Plans delivery of care according to patient acuity and staff competencies.
Performs as a preceptor when necessary.
Qualifications :
BSN
PA RN License
BLS - issued by the American Heart Association
