Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking a a Project Analyst. You will work closely with the team as you work independently with our client, provide administrative support, assuming ownership of several client processes, and provide project management and Agile support and mentoring.

What You'll Do

• Schedule, attend, and facilitate meetings, including developing agendas and capturing minutes and action items
• Manage project action items, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID)
• Develop and manage project task plans, proactively working with client to ensure they are successful in project execution
• Provide coaching and mentoring on project management best practices as well as Agile methodology
• Perform data analysis and report generation
• Manage client tools currently based on Microsoft Excel and Access and SharePoint
• Work with client and internal team to develop a tools roadmap to help consolidate and simplify data input and reporting
• Support implementation of tools roadmap
• Provide client support on tools such Atlassian, Slack, and Excel

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree, technical or business field preferred
• 1-3 years’ work experience, preferably in an IT environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding/ interest in the IT fields

Nice to Haves

• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence)
• Microsoft Access competency
• Federal government work experience
• Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
