This position can be remote with travel OR be based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Work closely with the Project Management and Construction Management teams to track, forecast, and control project spend.
• Maintain project risk and opportunity logs to evaluate potential financial exposure
• Help ensure positive project cashflow through diligent monthly billings
• Assist in the development of new controls processes

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Experience in an accounting, estimating, project management or scheduling role
• Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) platform (i.e. oracle or SAP)
• Experience in MS Excel to include VLOOKUPS, pivot tables and formulas

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience working in Vista Viewpoint
• Project Controls experience in the renewable energy or construction industry
• Field Engineer Experience
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBi or Tableau)
