Project Coordinator, Localization
Position Summary
This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to ‘make things happen’. It requires a highly motivated individual with attention to detail, great organizational skills and passion for communication and connecting with others. If you like creating schedules, and are a task master, then this role is perfect for you. This position will be hybrid role in Burbank, CA.
Main Duties
  • Own managing subtitling projects in our proprietary cloud-based platform for localization services
  • Be responsible for on-time delivery of quality subtitle files, strictly respecting client deadlines and specifications
  • Interpret incoming details of project specifications to ensure projects are set up and executed accurately, following established workflows
  • Ensure that internal production teams are clearly and accurately informed of all client requirements for each project and comply with the requirements
  • Collaborate with Client Services and production teams regarding project status and requirements, obtaining and circulating all necessary information
  • Proactively identify potential issues/problems with projects in progress, troubleshooting and escalating to team management when necessary
  • Resolve technical flags and pending queries from internal production departments and stakeholders
  • Collaborate on production-related initiatives to drive customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule according to business needs where weekends and overtime are occasionally required

  • You are experienced or knowledgeable about various localization workflows with emphasis on subtitling for all media & entertainment distribution channels
  • You can operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • You can work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines
  • You may have background in audio-visual and film production/post-production that will help you in day-to-day coordination of assigned projects
  • Sound technical knowledge and excellent command of Microsoft Windows systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google G-Suite
  • Previous experience on cloud-based platforms for localization services
  • Knowledge of or interest in any foreign language is an advantage

This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $55,250 - $65,000 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
