Working within the Logistics team, this position is responsible for the review of incoming orders, order entry of new orders, and changes to existing orders. Review and enter transactional information. Performs administrative assignments, including telephone support, data entry, and inbound/outbound communication with customers.

Principle Responsibilities

• Produce purchase orders
• Verify prices on invoices
• Prepare paperwork for return shipments
• Process sales orders
• Process invoicing transactions and special reports as required
• Perform other duties as assigned. These duties may involve assignments in departments and job classifications other than the primary assignment.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma required
• 2+ years of on-the-job experience
• Experience with business software packages such as Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Word
