WHAT OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR WILL DO ONCE THEY’RE HERE

• Work alongside and support the project management team on your assigned accounts.
• Utilize project management software to assist with project estimating, scheduling, creating and managing timelines, and monitoring daily expenditure of budgeted hours/expenses.
• Be a go-to liaison between the agency’s creative, digital, media, strategy, public relations, and client services teams as well as outside contractors and vendors.
• Meet with team members daily to review job progress, anticipate workflow issues, and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain professional relationships that meet company core values.
• Learn, grow, thrive, and be recognized for your contributions.

WHAT OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience — recent college grads, we’re looking at you
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Marketing agency or marketing organization experience a plus
• Experience with monday.com, Workamajig, Workbook Advantage, NetSuite OpenAir, Clients and Profits or other integrated operations tools a plus
