Job Overview:
This contract is for the Information Management Communication Services (IMCS) IV contract in support of the Army Cyber Command. This contract includes project management services, project requirements analysis, project requirements evaluation, planning, management, and documentation by applying industry Best Business Practice (BBP) in project management in conjunction with the NEC IT Life Cycle Management (LCM) process methodology. ACI Federal will be responsible for executing the required IT support services within the specified cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the individual NEC IT projects/programs. The Project manager will perform as ACI Federal's corporate representative, responsible for the administration/management and performance of assigned contracts at the corporate level.
Education and Certification: College Degree and at least five (5) years of relevant experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Provide project planning expertise.
- Perform project scheduling and task breakdown.
- Identify project requirements.
- Provide change and version control.
- Track project issues, problems, and risks.
- Assess and manage risks.
- The Project Manager (PM) shall develop project plans.
- Provide the Government insight into the successful execution of the applicable project.
- The Project Manager will use ACI Federal's Quality Control Plan and will provide performance and quality indicators that provide visibility into developing trends and to forecast potential/future problems/risks related to cost, resources, quality, and schedule.
- During declared emergencies and/or elevated Force Protection Conditions (FPCON), the Project Manager shall keep the COR apprised of all personnel whereabouts when in a temporary duty (TDY) location.
