In the ever-evolving environment of online content, the rules change quickly; the successful candidate will not only keep up but will be a trendsetter.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to leadership about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor progress on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed or financing for the project change
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with leadership, colleagues, and staff

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and project follow-through
- Willing and able to work on projects as well as direct them
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in leadership positions
- Leadership and management skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Understanding of advanced business planning
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
