At Coastline we engineer, design, fabricate, install, and commission, customized automated food and material handling solutions. We specialized in providing unique and individually tailored equipment, primarily for food production lines of all sizes. The role:
This opportunity, reporting directly to the Vice President of Coastline, will direct and coordinate all project management activity at Coastline Equipment Inc. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in the areas of customer service, interdepartmental communication, planning & scheduling, quality control, project budgeting, and productivity.

What we are looking for:
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers.
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing facility to meet timelines.
- Coordinate project timelines with customers and all departments.
- Adjust and arrange shipping and installation targets on projects to meet customer requirements
- Scheduling travel plans for installation and commissioning crews
- Develop alternatives to optimize manufacturing schedule to meet changing priorities
- Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance productivity
- Ensure company policies and procedures are complied with
- Assure safety & health policies are current and adhered to
- And all other duties as assigned
Who we are seeking:
- Demonstrated integrity, humility, respect for others, teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
- Highly developed skills in: leadership, change management, interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and people management, to drive plant performance
- The ability to initiate critical conversations and provide and implement creative and effective solutions
- Experience coordinating the activities of supply chain, production planning, scheduling, engineering, accounting, installation, and commissioning
- 10 years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
- The ability to read and interpret drawings
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience with appropriate knowledge of manufacturing
