Job description
As a Project Manager at GreyOrange you are an integral part of transforming our customers fulfillment function. In this role you’ll be responsible for successfully driving delivery our best-in-class fulfillment solutions within in the committed timeline and budget. Successful execution will require working cross-functionally across the organization to bring the appropriate set of resources to each project.The ideal candidate will bring a customer centric approach to project management and possess the ability to lead with informal authority, communicate effectively both internally and externally, manage budget and have a continuous improvement mindset.
As a project manager you will partner with our Solutions, Implementation, Products & Engineering, Customer Success and with customer teams.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall end to end delivery of our solutions through effective stakeholder management across both internal and external teams
Work closely and collaborate with the stakeholder teams to drive design, development, and implementation
Partner with our customers and sales to define and align on a project scope that enables our customers desired outcomes
Create a detailed work plans which outline the timeline and sequencing of activities, required resources, budget and accountability for deliverables
Represent the customer’s voice internally and proactively advocate for them to ensure mutually successful outcomes
Proactively maintain open lines of communication to ensure all stakeholders and project participants can track progress status
Closely monitor the project progress against timelines, budget, and major milestones

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s Degree / MBA preferred
Project management experience within a highly technical context with a focus on implemented software and hardware driven automation solutions
5+ years of experience spanning across one or more of the following practices: Project / Program management, Change management, Consulting, P&L & People Management
Demonstrated strategic thinking and organizational agility
1+ years of experience in Warehouse operations & E2E project management of warehouse automation (or) distribution center commissioning
Knowledge of 3rd party procurement including development of RFPs/RFQs, bid review and assessment, and contract award in cooperation with purchasing technical solutions
Experience working with and owning external customer relationships
Demonstrated strategic thinking and organizational agility
Good data crunching skills, ability to analyze complex problems and find appropriate solutions
Ability to interact with, inspire and influence cross-functional teams
Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities
Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones when necessary
