Marton Technologies, Inc (A Panum Group, LLC company), is looking for skilled individuals who are looking to be part of a growing company.

Marton Technologies ( a subsidiary of Panum) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic project manager for an existing contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. The Project Manager provides the Facilities and Equipment Directorate with essential support to assist the mission and monitor tasks among the team and work closely with upper management and team members to establish project needs, deadlines, and budgets. Will assist the customer by providing qualified employees to complete contract tasks. Prepare CDRL reports in support of contract management and contract parameters. Communicate with the customer, contracting officer representative (COR) and contracting officer (KO) as needed. Also responsible for motivating and resolving conflicts between team members to ensure a productive work environment.

This position will require an Active Secret DoD clearance or the ability to obtain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor & track Marton employee deadlines.
• Use resources in the most effective manner and monitor for additional funding.
• Provide quick responses to COR and KO through corporate and collaborate through weekly updates.
• Identify problems and help improve processes.
• Use software to generate schedules, reports, and analysis.
• Utilize corporate to address any HR, Finance, and compliance issues.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational or other postsecondary training
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong ability to work with others.
• Ability to read technical documents.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety measures.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers using tact, courtesy, and cooperativeness.
• Exercise judgement, resourcefulness, ingenuity, and initiative.
• Ability to perform instructing, checking, or verifying of the work of others.
• Experience working in a logistics function

Preferred Qualifications

• Has a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and can take action to make sure the needs are met, thereby maintaining, and developing a positive business relationship with the customer
