This company specialise in the innovation and design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection and Commissioning infrastructure for some of the most well-known companies in New York.
In this position you will be crucial to the business in ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard, you will be tasked with the role of ensuring the project gets completed within the given time scale, being able to use your engineering skills to design MEP systems from inception to complete construction. You will work on a variety of different MEP design projects using Revit and AutoCAD. Other aspects of the role include consulting on areas such as preparation of existing facility diligence as well as surveying existing building conditions and then scoping with clients whilst building reports.
This role would suit a Project Manager with experience in MEP projects also someone who aspires to take the next big leap in their career working on a vast range of different projects in numerous sectors where you can further progress your career.

The Person:
