As a leading provider of integrated sensor, communication, and engineering solutions, you will be giving Space Force accurate and timely actionable information for the mission-critical systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project management activities
• Assist in assessing, documenting, and tracking new project requirements, estimates, plans and follow-on technical exchange meetings
• Coordinate software project schedules and tracking delivery requirements for successful completion.
• Writing and editing of functional descriptions, system specifications, user stories, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents
• Define suitable strategies and objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent analytic and communication skills
• Experience managing teams according to Agile methodologies
• Good understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle)
• Knowledge of agile framework, processes, and principles.
• Strong skills in the following key areas: strategic thinking, multitasking, conflict management, time management, planning, and executing a defined plan; and formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Apply change, risk, and resource management
• Prepare reports for program manager and stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• POPM Certification
• Proficient in PM software including MS Project and Visio.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools as well as direct work experience in a project management capacity to include PM Framework and Agile software development practices
• Ability to professionally interact with senior-level personnel.
• May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within the work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs, or systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 7 years of experience
• Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Previous experience supporting IT software projects. Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives.
