Role Summary:
Reporting to the Executive VP of Operations, the Project Manager is a key member of the Operations team. The person in this role will work with our Executive VP of Operations to assist with planning and coordinating projects. The Project Manager will also work directly with Managers and vendors to plan and coordinate projects.
Exciting work you will do:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee projects from conception to completion
- Provide overall visibility of timelines and budgets from the Executive to execution level
- Work with external and internal vendors to monitor progress and resource expenditures
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders as appropriate and identify any areas of conflicts related to timelines or budgets
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain a directory of project leads
- Drive project to complete implementation as directed by the executive team
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you’ll need:
- Work Experience: 3 years previous experience managing processes or projects with multiple vendors, timelines, and budgets
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in business, project management or related field
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficiency using Smartsheets, MS Project, or similar tools
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment
- Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; collaborate with a team across multiple disciplines, with the ability to generate continuous improvement and new ways to solve internal/external challenges
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

- Physical Environment: Normal office environment; warehouse, fabrication environment and exposure to moving equipment
- Travel: Must be able to travel 30% of the time
Qualifications we prefer but don’t require:
- Work Experience: Previous experience in program management office; familiarity with wholesale distribution industry
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and workbooks
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), College Level Coursework in Project Management
