• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Protect scrum teams from outside distractions, impediments, and maintain focus on completing product backlog items
• Support agile activities, including user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, product backlog grooming, and identifying key dependencies and risks
• Provide guidance to teams on internal and external communication, improving transparency, and being self-organized and self-managed
• Recommend and implement the use of agile metrics to provide feedback and monitor trends in productivity, quality, and predictability
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and scrum teams to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Collaborate with Agile Delivery Lead on the creation of the solution roadmap and providing timely status of deliverables related to roadmap execution

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience leading agile scrum teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• 5+ years of experience working on custom software development/delivery projects
• Experience with agile management and tracking tools, for example Jira, Rally or Pivotal Tracker
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Web projects, including dotcom, content management, and/or commerce web sites
• Experience working with external clients is preferred
• Scrum Master certification preferred
