Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Property Host! Your role is to create and maintain a 5 star guest experience for those staying with Easy Stay. The Property Host duties and responsibilities include being the primary communicator with our guests (in-person, messaging, text, phone, etc); overseeing all check-in and turnovers between guests; assisting with any requests, feedback, and guest concerns; and managing the cleaning and maintenance to ensure the property is in peak condition for the stay.

This person should be detail oriented, have strong communication & organizational skills, and be a dependable team player. The Property Host should be an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Ultimately, this position should be able to ensure the smooth operations of Easy Stay and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:
- Complete control and management of assigned properties
- Communication/ relationship with guests – before, during, and after stay – ENSURE 100% satisfaction!
- Creation of new furnished rental profiles
- Scheduling of photographer for new units
- Management of cleaners between turnovers, assisting with cleaning, and new units post construction
- Fielding of maintenance and repair calls and farming out requests to the appropriate repair personnel
- Quality control – visiting units before check in of new guest to ensure everything is PERFECT before check -in
- Ordering of materials to replenish or supply units with items like laundry detergent, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc.
- Spearheading furnishing of units (purchase on amazon, facebook marketplace, target, etc), replacing furniture where necessary in existing units

Qualifications:
-Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Independent self starter, highly motivated
-Familiarity with Microsoft Products
-Experience in service-based businesses, especially high growth situations
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, change gears quickly, and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality / Property Management Experience Preferred
