About the role

The Property Maintenance Technician role is a member of the Maintenance Team which is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and equipment. The PMT is responsible for completing interior and exterior repairs to brand standards. While the PMT owns the upkeep of a single property, helping with repairs at neighboring properties may be needed.

General Accountabilities

• Product Excellence – Repair and maintain the property as outlined in the company SOP’s.
• Guest Excellence – Assist guests with maintenance problems related to their stay at the property in order to create a positive guest experience.
• Partner Excellence – Partners with the Clean Team and Welcome Team to ensure a quality product and experience for the guests.
• Team Member Relations – May perform duties from other positions as needed.
• Other Duties – Participate in all training and safety meetings
