Property Manager

Qualifications:

Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Applications

Current Driver's License and your own reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Conducting inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections

Oversee delinquent reports

Managing repairs and maintenance of work requests

Preparing lease agreements

Conducting general administrative duties

Review and monitoring of property financials

Muset be detailed oriented and possess better than average organizational skills

Reports to Regional Manager

Tax Credit and Rural Development experience preferred.

Oversee delinquent reports •

Performing rental application reviews • Managing repairs and maintenance of work requests •

Preparing lease agreements •

Conducting general administrative duties •

Review and monitoring of property financials Must be detail oriented and possess better than average organizational skills •

Reports to Regional Manager

Required Skills:

Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Applications

Current Driver's License and your own reliable transportation.

Tax Credit and RD experience preferred. •

Solid communication skills Desire and capability to build solid client and vendor relationships •

Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team •

Professional presentation
