IMMEDIATE NEED FOR PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION
We have two Mobile Home parks that are a shared position and are in immediate need of a Property Manager. The office is located in Independence ,KY. The remote location is in Fort Mitchell.
Candidate will maintain the property, sell Mobile homes (commission paid) as well as rent homes. job responsibilities may include but not limited to... Collect rent, oversee maintenance staff, deliver letters, knock on doors for payment, close loans for mortages on sales, maintain files with proof of insurance etc, attend meetings, stay late or weekends during emergencies, all things pertaining to property management.
This position is a full time position with paid holidays, vacation and sick time. We offer budget incentives and health care.
Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday -5:30 Wednesday and Saturday 10-1pm.
Candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and the ability to pass a drug test.
