JOB SUMMARY

Reliant Property Management’s Property Managers are business leaders who focus on resident customer service. They manage operations, leasing activity, financial reporting and communications for their assigned residential property. If you are a leader with effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, and property management knowledge, you are an ideal candidate.

COMPENSATION: $30-$40 per hour

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/Exempt

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Opportunities for commissions and quarterly bonuses

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Manage and perform property maintenance (may require basic maintenance knowledge and skillset)
• Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities
• Manage and monitor rental collection
• Mentor and manage property staff
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations

EXPERIENCE

Required

• High school Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as multi-family property manager
• Working knowledge of RealPage or other property management software
• Proven ability to market properties
• Reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Associate’s Degree
• CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

• Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
