American Assets Trust is looking for a full-time Property Systems Administrator / Concierge for our Pacific Ridge Apartment community. Pacific Ridge is San Diego’s premier apartment community, with a resort-style experience and a hilltop location that offers panoramic views spanning from Mission Valley to Riverwalk Golf Course to San Diego Bay and the Pacific. These luxury apartments open up to winding courtyards and a sprawling collection of amenities, pools and indoor-outdoor retreats with Moroccan-inspired décor. It’s a home, and an escape, above any other.

The Property Systems Administrator / Concierge will serve as a dual position to include administrative access control duties as assigned by the on-site Safety/Security Lead and concierge duties as assigned by the property management team. This position is the first point of contact for guests, residents, and vendors arriving to our property. They answer inquiries, direct phone calls, and coordinate access to the property; in short, they work to make sure that every guest feels welcomed while always maintaining company culture.

This position is responsible for reviewing third party security invoicing, CCTV review, scheduling, and access control data entry as assigned by the Safety and Security Lead. This position will also generate incident reports, send follow up emails to all resident violations which do not yet require a 3-day perform or covenant, and completing accounting adjustment forms for any residents who damage Pacific Ridge property as assigned by the Resident Services Manager.

The Property Systems Administrator / Concierge reports administratively to the Corporate Sr. Safety and Security Manager. This position reports functionally and operationally to the on-site Safety and Security Lead as directed, but also maintains an indirect reporting relationship with the onsite property manager. The position shall also work closely with the Resident Services Manager and property Maintenance staff to provide support services for various building/resident issues. The Property Systems Administrator / Concierge will manage and assist the third-party Security personnel in implementing all safety and security protocols in line with best practices as directed by the on-site Safety and Security Lead.

Qualifications:

• Requires good communication skills, a professional demeanor both on the telephone and in person.
• Ideal Candidate is comfortable with computers and able to perform various computer functions.
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
• Concierge and/or customer service experience desired.
• Motivated and a self-starter.
• Exercises and demonstrates exemplary time management skills.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Attendance is a high priority (schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm)
