Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator / Protocol Assistant to support the United States Space Force (USSF) National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will facilitate all aspects of distinguished visitor (DV) engagements. They will liaise with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and 88th Air Base Wing protocol offices as needed. They will represent NSIC at various forums to include all planning meetings. The Event Coordinator / Protocol Assistant will staff all visit requests for approval and support agenda development. They will schedule and facilitate weekly NSIC DV planning meetings and track status of all planned activities using appropriate means. They will ensure facility reservations are completed, security clearances are passed as required, parking is reserved, refreshments are prepared, tours are scheduled, and manage execution of visits in real-time. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable processes to ensure successful visits.

Job Responsibilities:
- Staff all visit requests for approval and support agenda development
- Schedule and facilitate weekly NSIC DV planning meetings and track status of all planned activities using appropriate means
- Ensure facility reservations are completed, security clearances are passed as required, parking is reserved, refreshments are prepared, and tours are scheduled
- Manage execution of visits in real-time
- Liaise with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and 88th Air Base Wing protocol offices as needed
- Represent NSIC at various forums to include all planning meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business administrative, hospitality management, or related fields
- 1 year experience supporting protocol activities or providing executive administrative assistance within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
- Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Wright-Patterson AFB, OH and the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)
