General Summary of Position:

Seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals with 3+ years experience as a Provisioning Manager for a Director position. This individual will be responsible for all Operational duties in all POTS Provisioning departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Operations of Conversion and MAC POTS teams
• Manage variable workload to ensure all work is completed timely
• Forecasts conditions and implements plan for workload and projects to meet goals
• Develop Managers and continue development/training for entire team
• Hold weekly 1-1s with every member of team
• First level of contact for personnel issues
• Achieve departmental and specific team goals

Required Qualifications:

• Provisioning Manager for 3+ years
• Proven ability to develop and promote leadership roles
• Regarded as telecom expert and go-to person for department
• High proficiency in IT knowledge as it pertains to Provisioning applications and processes

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Great work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Telecommunications industry experience
• 3 years of management experience
