Growing private practice is looking for an LMSW or mental health counselor who is detailed oriented, work well with others in a collaborative environment, is a self starter especially in marketing themselves to grow their caseload, and want to learn evidence-based behavioral psychotherapy (ACT, DBT, CBT). We have evening, day, and weekend shifts. The organization is 100% virtual at this time.

The position will provide training, supervision towards license, and compensation. The training and supervision hours are unpaid. The position pays for the clinical engagement hours with the clients. Compensation will increase to 50% fee charged after a probation of 90 days or 10 clients whichever comes first. Fee charged to client starts at $100.

This position requires that the candidate has actively worked with functioning adults at a fee for service practice at an internship or post-grad employment. We do not accept insurance, all service is out of pocket. Our clients are higher functioning working class people.

This is a training organization and therefore emphasis is placed on learning.

We are a small cohort with a culture and are looking for clinicians that fit into that culture.
