ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of video cameras, non-linear editing, able to work under deadline, work flexible hours and want to learn.
This person must love news, be a team player, have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and be able to lift between 25-50 pounds as needed.
The job includes editing newscasts, shooting and gathering news stories, helping reporters with live shots as needed and filling in when the morning or evening editor is out.
This is an entry level position.
