Job description
We have two positions that we are looking to fill. We are looking for people to assist in our call center department as well as in our event and promotions department. These two positions require that you act and serve as an liaison between our company and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Call Center Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible and accurate way.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Events/Promotions Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Maintain company booth space at social functions, trade events, home shows and festivals that are used to create public interest in our company product and services.
- Generate appointments and leads during these events
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Engage and interact with people, answer questions, and promote our company.
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Must have reliable transportation
Call Center Hours:
Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday’s 9am to 1pm.
Events and Promotion hours vary, this position allows for flexibility in hours and days. This is the perfect position for those looking to supplement their income with a constant and long-term source of income. Many of our promoters have been with our company for years and some work as many as 40 hours per week, some work as little as 15 or once a week, only in the summer months when they are not in school etc…
The importance in the quality of individual that we are looking to represent our company allows us the freedom of flexibility for those who can provide us with quantifiable reliability, dependability, determination, and responsibility.
Both positions start between $12/hr. and $15/hr and both offer bonuses. Most people earn between $18-$22/hr.
No experience is necessary we will provide training!
