We are looking for an innovative team leader to be our next QA Analyst 2 for our Digital Services Division. Our ideal candidate will have experience with advanced level review and monitoring of call center agent and manager activities. The candidate will not hesitate to recommend functional and operational changes and oversight to improve efficiencies and compliance with internal and external standards. The applicant will also know how to consider the team’s performance both as a whole and as individual contributors. This role is located on-site in our Draper, Utah office.

Primary Responsibilities of Role:

• Review and assess automated systems output to ensure accuracy of metrics
• Create and implement further investigative and assessment tools
• Critique and improve existing systems and metrics
• Receive instructions from and report back to management regarding specific investigative and assessment requests
• Collaborate with other team members to improve team performance and generate new and innovative methods

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Familiar with MS Access and working towards certification
• 1+ years call center experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Background in Data & Relational Database Management
• MS Excel Certified

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $13.00/hour - $ 17.00/hour. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
