Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring a QA Associate to support customer issues and gives feedback to the sales, manufacturing and engineering teams

Shift: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm

Direct Hire Opportunity

25% Travel domestically in the US

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality of products and testing system end-to-end
• Maintaining test plans, creating and executing test cases
• Work with customers on quality issues and support their needs
• Support the sales team with customer issues
• May require travel with Sales Rep to customer site
• Report and reproduce defects and verify defect fixes
• Communicating with manufacturers to verify issues and deliver corrective action to Sales/customers
• Work closely with engineers to assist in testing and development
• Contributes ideas and help to improve QA processes
